Dimensions:

Canvas size varies based on your selection. Standard depth is 0.85 inches, with and edge thickness of 0.06 inches.

Turnaround time: 4–6 weeks from the purchasing date.
Only one (1) revision is included at the end of the process.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our refund policy for custom pet portrait commissions:

• Cancellation before work begins (typically within 3 days of purchase):
  ✅ You will receive a 100% refund.

• Cancellation after 3 days or once work has begun:
  ✅ You will receive a 70% refund (a 30% fee is retained to cover time and materials invested).

• Once the painting is completed and shipped:
  ❌ No refunds will be issued.
